MINDFUL EATING & HEALING FOODS

​What’s your relationship with food? What could your health, and life, look like if that relationship shifted?
The food choices we make either build or break down our health. What we eat and what we believe about food has a huge impact on our bodies and minds. 

When eating becomes mindful, there is space for a change. 
Change your perception and expand your awareness around food. Small shifts can have a noticeable and lasting impact on overall health. 

Join Mike Murdoch, Cordon Bleu trained Chef and Culinary Nutrition Expert, in this interactive workshop. Come hungry and ready to cook as you explore powerful healing foods, their health benefits, simple recipes and how they can be incorporated into your diet.

You will shine light on your current eating practices and learn techniques to bring mindfulness to every meal. After feasting you will wind down with a restorative sequence of poses and breathing designed to stimulate healthy digestion. The yoga will be very gentle and totally optional!

This workshop is for EVERYONE! Even if you’ve never stepped foot in a yoga studio.
